I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in St. Petersburg, FL, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger relationships and lead more fulfilling lives. I hold a Ph.D. from Florida State University, where I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences. I completed my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a certificate in Systemic Multicultural Counseling, at Appalachian State University.
With over seven years of clinical experience across agency, university, and private practice settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations and a wide range of concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based practices. I specialize in supporting clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, anxiety, and depression, providing guidance and tools to navigate change and foster growth.
