I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in St. Petersburg, FL, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives. I earned my Ph.D. from Florida State University, where I also completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences, and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University, along with a certificate in Systemic Multicultural Counseling.

With over seven years of clinical experience across agency, university, and private practice settings, I’ve worked with diverse populations navigating a wide range of concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I support clients facing relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting and motherhood concerns, grief, communication difficulties, anxiety, and depression.
