Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a space to reflect on your experiences and gain perspective. Using approaches that help you make sense of your story, stay grounded in the moment, and treat yourself with understanding and compassion, I support you in exploring your challenges and finding practical solutions that align with your values and personal goals.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Together, we explore each person’s perspective, uncover patterns in your relationship, and practice ways to connect with compassion and intention so you can move forward with clarity, closeness, and shared purpose.

Family Therapy

Family therapy offers an encouraging environment to explore each person’s perspective, identify patterns that create tension, and develop practical ways to connect with understanding, love, and respect so your family relationships feel more supportive, balanced, and resilient. Sessions are available for adults 18+.

Important Note
Telehealth sessions are not suitable for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, including thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7).

Telehealth is intended for ongoing, non-emergency therapeutic support. If you are in crisis or need a higher level of care, please consider in-person therapy or other appropriate local services.

Fees

Individual Therapy $175/per session

Couples and Family Therapy $225/per session

I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of financial circumstances. If you are experiencing financial hardship, I welcome a conversation to explore options that make therapy more accessible. Reduced-fee sessions are available on a case-by-case basis, based on income and demonstrated need, so we can find a sustainable arrangement that works for both of us.

At this time, I am not panelled with insurance and am a self-pay provider. However, I can provide a “superbill” (a detailed receipt) if you wish to submit for potential reimbursement through your insurance. You can contact your provider to learn more about “out-of-network” benefits and what may be covered.
